Warlayiriti Artists

Warlayirti Artists is located in Wirrimanu (Balgo) community on the edge of the Great Sandy and Tanami Deserts.

Warlayirti Artists represents more than 200 artists across the four communities in the Kutjungka region – Kururrungka (Billiluna), Mulan, Kundat Djaru (Ringer Soak) and Wirrimanu (Balgo), and their homelands extend far to the east, west and south down the Canning Stock Route. There are eight distinct language groups – Kukatja, Ngardi, Djaru, Warlpiri, Walmajarri, Wangkajunga, Pintupi and Manyjiljarra– each with their own history and stories to tell.
